Properties:
Tripotassium phosphate is a colorless rhombohedral crystal or white crystalline powder. Melting point 1340 ℃, relative density 2.564 solubility can be, soluble in water, insoluble in alcohol. Aqueous solution is strongly alkaline.
Applications:
Tripotassium phosphate is used in the food industry as an emulsifier, potassium fortifier, alkaline water for pasta products, acidity regulator, binder for meat products, buffering agent, antioxidant synergist, chelating agent.
Used in the manufacture of liquid soap, refined gasoline, high quality paper, metal surface treatment, biological hydration treatment, phosphorus and potassium fertilizer. It can also be used as boiler water softener, high-efficiency liquid compound fertilizer and auxiliary for recovering sulfur from acid gas in the production of synthetic rubber.
