Properties
Mono Potassium Phosphate is a colorless tetragonal crystal or white crystalline powder. Relative density 2.338. Melting point 252.6℃. Soluble in water, solubility is 83.5g/100ml water at 90°C. Aqueous solution is acidic, PH of 1% potassium dihydrogen phosphate solution is 4.6. Insoluble in alcohol. It has deliquescence. When heated to 400℃, it melts into a transparent liquid and cures into an opaque glassy potassium metaphosphate after cooling.
Applications:
In industrial Mono Potassium Phosphate used as buffering agent and culture agent, also used as bacterial culture agent, flavoring agent for synthetic sake, raw material for making potassium metaphosphate, culture agent for brewing yeast, fortifying agent, bulking agent, fermentation aid.

The Hot Process phosphate products are high purity, low impurities, low heavy metals and completely water-soluble.
