Ammonium dihydrogen phosphate, also known as Mono Ammonium Phosphate, is a white crystal, soluble in water, slightly soluble in ethanol and insoluble in acetone. Stable in air. 1G dissolved in 2.5ml water. The aqueous solution is acidic. Solubility in water at room temperature ( 20℃) is 37.4g. Relative density 1.80. Melting point 190℃. Refractive index 1.525. chemical formula NH4H2PO4, decomposes into ammonium metaphosphate (NH4PO3) when heated.
 
Applications:
Monoammonium Phosphate Food Grade is  used as bulking agent, dough regulator, yeast nutrient, brewing and fermentation assistant and nutritional enhancer in food industry.
