One of the important uses of urea phosphate is as a non protein nitrogen feed additive for ruminants such as cattle and sheep. As a feed additive of non protein nitrogen for ruminants, urea phosphate can not only supplement nitrogen and phosphorus necessary for animal growth, increase animal physiological metabolism, increase milk for ruminants, but also increase hair, weight, milk yield and milk quality.

Urea phosphate as silage additive can effectively preserve the nutrients of feed and increase the palatability of feed.

Urea phosphate can be used in industrial fields such as fireproof cleaning agent, flame retardant, powdered fire extinguishing agent, high temperature resistant adhesive and preparation of ammonium polyphosphate intermediate.
