Properties
Dipotassium Phosphate white powder. It has deliquescence and is easily soluble in water (1g is soluble in 3ml water). The aqueous solution is weakly alkaline. The pH of 1% aqueous solution is about 9. It is insoluble in ethanol. Density 2.33g/cm3. It can be used as analytical reagent, pharmaceutical raw material, buffer, chelating agent, yeast feed, emulsified salt and antioxidant synergist in food industry.
