Monosodium Phosphate Anhydrous is white powder. Melting point 190 ℃. It is easily soluble in water and its aqueous solution is acidic. 

Applications:

Monosodium Phosphate Anhydrous is widely used as raw material for manufacturing sodium hexametaphosphate and sodium pyrophosphate;

It can also be used for tanning and boiler water treatment;

As a quality improver and baking powder, it is used as a buffer and raw material of baking powder in food industry and fermentation industry;

It is also used as feed additive, detergent and dyeing assistant;
