Applications:
Disodium Phosphate Anhydrous is used as soft water agent, fabric weight increasing agent, fire retardant, glaze medicine, welding flux, medicine, pigment, food industry and preparation of other phosphates.
It is used as industrial water treatment agent, printing and dyeing detergent, quality improver, neutralizer, antibiotic culture agent, biochemical treatment agent and food quality improver.
Production method:
Dissolve Disodium Phosphate 12H2O in the dissolving tank, add a small amount of phosphoric acid, adjust the pH8.8 - 9, the solution temperature was 80--85, the pump was pumped to the metering tank, atomized by atomizer, the atomizer chose two flow steam spray nozzle, the steam pressure was 0.15 - 0.3Mpa, the atomizer flow angle and the horizontal Chemicalbook were 30 degrees, and the Vapor-Liquid Ratio (0.4 - 5):1. The inlet temperature of hot furnace gas is 650-750 ℃. It can be dried in parallel or countercurrent. For counter current drying, the inlet temperature is 620-650 ℃, and the outlet temperature is 140-150 ℃. Finished product particle size 90 μ M accounts for about 60%, and the water content is less than 1%.
