Properties:
Tripotassium phosphate is a colorless rhombohedral crystal or white crystalline powder. Melting point 1340 ℃, relative density 2.564 solubility can be, soluble in water, insoluble in alcohol. Aqueous solution is strongly alkaline.
Applications:
Tripotassium phosphate is used as emulsifier, potassium fortifier, alkaline water for preparing pasta products, acidity regulator, meat product binder, buffer, antioxidant synergist and chelating agent in food industry.
It is used for manufacturing liquid soap, refined gasoline, high-quality paper, metal surface treatment, biological hydration treatment and phosphorus and potassium fertilizer.
It can also be used as boiler water softener, high-efficiency liquid compound fertilizer and assistant for recovering sulfur from acid gas in synthetic rubber production.
