Monosodium Phosphate Anhydrous is white powder. Melting point 190 ℃. It is easily soluble in water and its aqueous solution is acidic. When heated to 225 ~ 250 ℃, it will decompose into Sodium Acid Pyrophosphate, and when heated to 350 ~ 400 ℃, it will decompose intoSodium Metaphosphate.

Store in a cool and ventilated warehouse. Keep away from fire and heat source. Protect from direct sunlight. Packing and sealing.
